Warranty Policy
 
Warranty Policy:
 

1. Product with warranty card issued by Onkyo China Limited, is warranted to be free in workmanship and spare parts as a result of

    manufacturing defect for the Listed Warranty Period from the date of purchase. However, the same offer will be limited to THREE

    months from the date of purchase for industrial / commercial outlets such as club, restaurant, hospital, staff quarter, beauty parlour,

    guest house.

 

2. This Warranty Card must be presented along with the original Purchase Receipt whenever any warranty or out of warranty service is

     required. And this warranty Card is not transferable.

 

3. All laser optical pick-ups will have ONE YEAR warranty period. However, the same offer will be limited to THREE months from the

    date of purchase for commercial/industrial outlets.

 

4. This warranty will become void, in the judgement of our technician, if the product:
    A. has repaired or modified by an non-authorized person, or
    B. has been damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse, or any accident from nature (like fire, flood, struck by lighting), or
    C. was improper installation or was installed in seal up environment, or
    D. was damaged which was caused by external connection with other equipment,or
    E. the serial number has been altered, effaced or removed.

 

5. We will not provide repairing service if there is no spare parts or necessary service information.

 

6. The following parts are not included in warranty service:
    A. Cover、Panel and Packing material.
    B. Battery、Manual、Cable and Accessories.
    C. Any damage caused in delivery.

   
   
Warranty service for Remote unit and Speaker:
 

Remote unit and Speaker are warranted to be free in workmanship and spare parts as a result of manufacturing defect for the Listed Warranty Period from the date of purchase. This warranty was not included:
    A. Outlook and button of Remote unit or damaged by battery leakage.
    B. Grill 、Outlook of Speaker and Speaker units.
    C. Product has repaired or modified by an non-authorized person.
    D. Damaged through misuse; negligence; abuse.
    E. Any accidents from nature (like fire, flood, struck by lighting).

  For no warranty Onkyo Product, customer should pay the service and spare parts charge.
